By using this service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

image-edit.ai provides an AI-based image editing tool that allows users to:

• Upload images
• Apply AI-powered modifications
• Preview results
• Download edited images after purchasing credits

The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

The service may only be used by persons aged 16 or older.

4. User Responsibility

You may only upload images and content that you have the legal right to use.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal material
• Contains abusive, harmful, pornographic or unlawful content

You remain responsible for any content you upload or generate using the platform.

Requests are screened against these rules before processing. In addition, the third-party AI providers that perform the image processing apply their own content policies and may reject a request for reasons outside our control. A rejection does not necessarily mean your content violated our rules.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or block use of the service that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate edited images based on user input.

AI-generated results may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all purposes. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated results before using them.

Brainseed Factory e.K. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Copyright and Generated Content

Users retain rights to the images they upload, subject to the rights of the original copyright holders.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of uploaded images and generated results complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Brainseed Factory e.K. does not claim ownership of user-uploaded images or generated outputs.

7. Payments, Credits and Validity

Generating watermarked previews is free. Downloading a high-resolution result requires credits, which are purchased as a credit code delivered by email.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store payment or credit card information.

Credit codes are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. After expiry, a code can no longer be used and any remaining credits lapse.

8. Downloads and Refunds

The free watermarked previews show you the actual result before you spend anything; they are the means to assess whether a result meets your expectations. When you choose to download a high-resolution version, one credit is consumed and the purchase of that download is final; the credit cannot be refunded.

AI-generated results are produced automatically. We do not guarantee that a result meets a particular expectation of outcome or quality beyond what the preview shows. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@image-edit.ai within that period; we will refund the price of your unused credit balance.

The service begins immediately after payment. By spending a credit on a high-resolution download you request full performance of the service for that credit before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal for the spent credit. Withdrawal therefore covers the unused credit balance only.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable and accessible. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for temporary outages or technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brainseed Factory e.K. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, including loss of data or service interruptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
